Cancellation Policy

Payment is required prior to the appointment, along with a consent form before your first session (this will be emailed to you separately). Details of how to connect will be sent directly. If the Practitioner needs to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be given if a convenient time to reschedule cannot be found. Cancellations by the client within 24 hours will be charged at 100%.
