I am a Holy Fire and Crystal Reiki Master Practitioner, Energy and Spiritual Healing Guide and Kyle Gray Certified Angel Guide based in Henley-on-Thames, offering treatments from my home studio - a calming space where you can switch off and focus on your wellbeing.

Many of us have lost touch with our energetic and spiritual body, yet it's such an important part of the human existence. It's our intuition, our guiding light.
Mental and physical ailments are your body's way of telling you that you've pushed yourself too far and you need to reset.

Energy healing gives you time to connect to the energetic and spiritual part of you and come back into balance. When you are more in tune with your energetic self, you will find you are naturally much happier and healthier.

Not only is energy healing good for adults, it's so gentle and soothing that children, babies and animals love it too.

Energy healing comes in a variety of forms of complimentary therapy, with a focus on working on the energy that runs through our bodies.
I offer energy healing through Reiki and Crystal Therapy, spiritual guidance through Angel Card readings (Kyle Gray Certified Angel Guide) and general advice on energetic and spiritual wellbeing from understanding what your chakras are telling you and how to heal them, to meditation and wellbeing exercises.

Reiki

Originating in Japan, Reiki is a deeply restorative form of energy healing, working to bring your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual energies into harmony. Reiki can be given to humans, animals, plants and even inanimate objects, on the basis that everything in this world has its own energetic body.
​
Reiki energy can be practiced in many ways. In person Reiki usually has the person lying down, although it can be done seated. You will be fully clothed and I will place my hands gently on your body, hovering just above or beamed into your aura. Reiki can also be sent with intention over distance, meaning the person can be anywhere in the world and receive it. It can also be programmed to provide support for future events or sent back to heal past traumas.

Crystal Reiki

Crystals, like our own bodies, have auras and energies of their own. By using crystals to change the frequency of which we vibrate, we can experience a multitude of benefits similar to that of Reiki.
When you receive Crystal Reiki you receive energy from both the higher source and the earth, working harmoniously to amplify each other's power.
Angel Card Readings

Angels are divine beings of light whose soul purpose is to love and support you during your journey here on Earth and beyond. Whether you realise it or not, your Angels are with you all the time guiding you and sending you signs from heaven.
​
Connecting (or reconnecting) with the Angels is a very empowering and uplifting experience. Whether it be an answer to a simple question you are after, or insight into your future paths through a larger deck reading, the messages are always encouraging and supportive, coming only from a place of love.
